Responsible for the onboarding process, i.e., staying in touch with the candidates, answering their questions, sending them relevant information, updating the Hiring Manager fortnightly, and coordinating with the IT and Procurement department for workstation requirements and biometric enrollment. .
Timely update of the recruitment tracker and onboarding tracker.
