- chelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in administrative or coordinator roles, preferably in a recruitment or HR environment.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS, or other recruitment software platforms is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.
