Job Summary


Job Responsibilities:

  • Review and interpret HVAC design drawings specifications and technical submittals.
  • Prepare and coordinate shop drawings material submittals and method statements for HVAC systems.
  • Supervise site activities related to HVAC installation testing and commissioning ensuring work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
  • Liaise with consultants clients and other disciplines to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth .
  • Perform site inspections to verify progress and quality of HVAC works.
  • Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of HVAC materials and equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with ASHRAE SMACNA and relevant UAE/local codes and regulations.
  • Assist in quantity takeoffs project planning and resource allocation.
  • Prepare progress reports snag lists and documentation for project closeout and handover.

  • Key Qualifications:

    • Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC systems preferably with contracting companies in the UAE/GCC.
    • Proficiency in AutoCAD and familiarity with HVAC design software is a plus.
    • Strong knowledge in HVAC equipment selection ductwork chilled water systems ventilation systems and controls.
    • Experience in handling site coordination and resolving MEP conflicts.
    • Excellent communication technical reporting and problemsolving skills.
    • Must be locally available in the UAE and able to join immediately.
