Human Resources Generalist
Job Summary
RecruitmentHiring:
Coordinatemultiple recruitmentactivities including attending interviews.
Support thefollowup andtracking of job requisitions and approvals.
Manage freelance hiring processes including interviews requisitions and contract preparation.
Manage the MK denial and export control transactions for alltypeshires
Support graduate and internship outreach programs.
Administer employee referral schemes.
Provide thecompensation& benefits specialist with employment history oftheselectedcandidate.
Induction & Onboarding& Exit:
Ensure induction and onboarding for new joiners isinitiatedand completed.
Manage the full onboarding cycle including preparing induction schedules coordinating training sessions and ensuring new joiner check-in processes are completed.
Ensure stakeholders are informed of new hire details and onboarding requirements.
Manage employment contract issuance renewals and approvals.
Process Hiring and Termination transactions in Workday.
Keep a check on the employee during probation and discuss with HRBP if any challenges arise.Oversee probation period tracking follow-up and confirmation processes.
Supervise and oversee End of Service procedures and off boarding of employee
Support completion of exit acceptance and related transactions in Workday/HRMS.
HRIS Management & Reporting
Maintainaccurateand up-to-date employee records and databases in Workday and mirror on local payroll system in close coordinationwiththepayrollspecialist.
Generate and prepare HR reports including overtime summaries(in coordination with the payroll) leave management reports HR dashboards and ad hoc data requests.
Ensure data integrity and support system-related troubleshooting.
HR Policies Compliance & Documentation
Assistin drafting editing reviewing and administering HR policies and procedures.
Manage and track Code of Business Conduct (COBC) and Conflict of Interest (COI) declarations.
Maintain the job description database and ensure documentation is current and consistently formatted.
Provide support during HR audits and compliance reviews.
Employee Related Matters
Serve asan initialcontact point for routine employee queriesregardingpolicies procedures and HR processes.
Support non-major employee relations investigations by documenting cases gathering information and coordinating with the HR Business Partner.
Maintain confidential employee relations logs and follow-up actions.
General HR Support
Prepare andmaintainHR files related to increments bonus cycles and documentation collation.
Support employee lifecycle updates and related HR operations across departments.
Participate in HR initiatives engagement programs and process improvement opportunities.
Partner with GL HRBP in managing different initiatives and transactions with regards to recognition engagement portal HR talent management initiatives or restructures providing reports data analysis for different topics.
