- Liaises with international HQ to understand the company's goals and strategy related to staffing, recruiting, and retention and implements these policies, processes, training and initiatives adapted to the local market.
- Overseas all HR related matters such as compensation, benefits, employment disputes and talent management, health, and safety; and training and development.
- Establishes the development of organisational learning and development agenda.
- Coaches the senior leadership team driving high standards of leadership, talent development and employee engagement.
- Ensures the organization's compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
- Develops people led initiatives areas including talent acquisition, performance management, culture, employee development and communication.
