• Source candidates from job boards, social media, networks, and referrals.
• Craft compelling job descriptions and ads for open positions.
• Build and manage a strong pool of qualified candidates.
• Review resumes and applications for fit and cultural alignment.
• Conduct initial phone screens and interviews.
• Administer skills and ability assessments.
• Coordinate candidate interviews with hiring managers.
• Prepare interview materials and provide feedback.
• Maintain clear and open communication with candidates.
• Cultivate positive candidate relationships and potential talent pool.
• Keep candidate records updated in ATS.
• Generate recruitment reports and metrics.
• Collaborate with hiring managers on staffing needs and strategies.
• Attend events to expand talent pool and stay informed.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.

The Successful Applicant

• UAE National with Family Book (REQUIRED)
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of proven experience as a Recruitment Officer or similar role, with a strong track record of successful candidate placements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
