Job Summary
A reputable Interior Fitout Company in Dubai is hiring an experienced HR Manager to lead the full spectrum of HR functions. This role is responsible for strategic HR planning employee engagement talent acquisition performance management compliance payroll and HR policy development. The HR Manager will play a key role in supporting the companys workforce and aligning HR initiatives with business goals.
Onboarding & HR Administration
- Manage onboarding for administrative staff and workers including uniforms safety gear and orientation.
- Maintain and update the HR database annual leave records and employee master files.
- Oversee daily attendance and overtime management.
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Lead end-to-end recruitment from job postings to hiring decisions.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
Employee Engagement & Welfare
- Manage employee engagement activities and support workforce well-being.
- Handle camp management including bed allocation and accommodation needs.
Visa PRO & Compliance
- Manage visa applications and coordinate with PRO services for employee mobilization.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws HR policies and company procedures.
Performance Compensation & Payroll
- Develop and implement performance evaluation processes.
- Administer compensation benefits and exit processes.
- Manage payroll accurately and efficiently.
Health Safety & HR Audits
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Prepare for internal and external HR audits.
Strategic HR Management
- Partner with management to develop organizational design initiatives.
- Enhance organizational efficiency through structured HR initiatives.
Requirements
Requirements
To be considered for this role you need to meet the following criteria:
Minimum 10 years of HR management experience ideally within construction interior fit-out or related industries.
Strong interpersonal leadership and communication skills.
In-depth knowledge of UAE Labor Law and HR best practices.
Experience in payroll recruitment performance management and employee engagement.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with diverse teams.
Required Skills:
Bachelors degree in Engineering Industrial Management Manufacturing Architecture Interior Design or related field. Minimum 812 years of experience in production management factory operations or manufacturing leadership within the UAE. Proven experience in retail fit-out joinery woodworking or interior manufacturing industries. Strong understanding of production workflows machinery materials and quality control processes. Excellent leadership organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and production deadlines simultaneously. Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities. Knowledge of health & safety regulations and operational compliance standards. Experience managing large-scale factory operations and production teams. Strong commercial awareness and cost-control management. Proficiency in ERP systems and production management software. UAE driving license is an advantage.
