Job Summary
- Minimum 3 years of UAE HR experience in logistics food delivery or FMCG industries.
- Experience managing HR operations for 500 blue-collar employees.
- Proven expertise in managing rider and driver operations.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations workforce planning and employee relations.
- Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is preferred.
- Proactive energetic and adaptable to a startup-style environment.
- Strong leadership organizational and problem-solving skills.
