Minimum 3 years of UAE HR experience in logistics food delivery or FMCG industries.
Experience managing HR operations for 500 blue-collar employees.
Proven expertise in managing rider and driver operations.
Strong knowledge of HR operations workforce planning and employee relations.
Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is preferred.
Proactive energetic and adaptable to a startup-style environment.
Strong leadership organizational and problem-solving skills.
