HR Manager

• Minimum 3 years of UAE HR experience in logistics food delivery or FMCG industries.
• Experience managing HR operations for 500 blue-collar employees.
• Proven expertise in managing rider and driver operations.
• Strong knowledge of HR operations workforce planning and employee relations.
• Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is preferred.
• Proactive energetic and adaptable to a startup-style environment.
• Strong leadership organizational and problem-solving skills.
