Job Description

- Provides administrative support for employee relations issues to the HR Manager or HR Advisor;
- Acts as a supporting contact for new employees from their period of arrival in-country until the end of their Iqama issued, ensuring effective handover to their line manager;
- Assists and support with departmental HR administrative tasks such as pertaining to issuing the ID Badges.
- Monitoring the exit process and finalizing the required documents.
- Performs and carries out duties as instructed/directed by the HR Manager, HR Advisor and HR Business Partner.
- Coordinate with HR team and candidate for smooth on-boarding and ensure required approvals and documents are in place before new joiners are on-boarded.
