HR Generalist

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Manage endtoend recruitment process including job postings screening resumes conducting interviews and extending job offers.
  
• Coordinate and conduct onboarding activities for new hires ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
  
• Administer employee benefits programs and assist with payroll processing.
  
• Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations.
  
• Assist in performance management processes including goal setting performance evaluations and disciplinary actions.
  
• Support HR initiatives and projects to improve overall employee experience and engagement.
  
• Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HRrelated inquiries and concerns.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in human resources or related field
  
• 24 years of experience in HR roles preferably in the media or advertising industry.
  
• Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written.
  
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.
  
• Proven experience in fullcycle recruitment and onboarding processes.
  
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment.
  
• Proficient in MS Office applications and HRIS systems.
  
• Detailoriented with a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
  
• Immediate availability to join the team.
