What You Can Bring To The Team…
- 5 years’ work experience as a Project Manager for Global/ Regional/ Multi-country initiatives, preferably related to HR programs deployment
- Capability in managing end-to-end project life cycles and leading projects involving multiple internal/ external, local/ global stakeholders
- Project management/ coordination skills, preferably within a regional context
- Change Management experience is advantageous
- Empathy and excellent communication skills to communicate effectively and maintain good relationships with stakeholders (internal and external). Fluency in English
