Job Summary

Job description:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Officer / HR Generalist to join our EMPRO team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee administration, visa processing, employee relations, and HR compliance across multiple business units.

This role requires a hands-on HR professional who can work independently, maintain confidentiality, and support a fast-paced business environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding of employees.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding, induction, and issuance of company assets and access credentials.
  • Administer UAE visa, immigration, Emirates ID, medical, insurance, and related employee documentation processes.
  • Manage employee exits, including resignations, terminations, visa cancellations, final settlements, and repatriation coordination.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure timely monitoring and renewal of passports, visas, Emirates IDs, and other employment documents.
  • Prepare attendance reports, leave records, and HR documentation to support payroll processing.
  • Handle employee relations matters, HR inquiries, and day-to-day HR administration.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, UAE Labour Law, and internal HR procedures.
  • Coordinate with management, department heads, PROs, and external service providers on HR-related requirements.
  • Prepare HR reports, trackers, and updates to support workforce planning and management decisions.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of HR experience in the UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, visa processing, and employment regulations.
  • Experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in construction, technical services, events, real estate, or multi-company environments.
  • Familiarity with KSA employment and visa processes is an advantage.
