• Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with the company's business goals, ensuring the organisation has the right talent for future success.
• Establish and oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, regular reviews, and feedback to drive employee productivity and development.
• They oversee the recruitment process, attracting and hiring qualified candidates through effective talent acquisition strategies and positive candidate experiences.
• Develop and monitor HR metrics and analytics to assess HR effectiveness and provide data-driven insights and recommendations.

The Successful Applicant

• UAE National with Family Book.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in human resources management, business administration, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in HR roles, with demonstrated experience in leading HR transformation initiatives effectively.
• Experience in driving HR digital transformation initiatives and leveraging HR technology for process improvement is highly desirable.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
