What qualifications will make you successful?

  • at least 5-8 years of experience in Human Resources with good understanding of total HR scope, ability to drive organizational and people development programs as well as performance management related initiatives. Experience in HR Generalist or/and HRBP functions would be an additional asset
  • Advanced ability to create Business Partnership/Consulting in order to influence the business and improve results by modeling, monitoring, and reporting business performance. Evidence of having worked as a true business partner in a complex environment will be an asset
  • Very good knowledge of HR management processes and tools
  • Very good knowledge of legal requirements (labor law) and HR standards required
  • Fluent in English and Hungarian
  • Business oriented attitude and problem-solving ability
