To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills and experience:
- A Bachelor’s degree ideally with a post graduate qualification, ideally in an HR related discipline
- Proficient in English & Arabic
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, best practices, and systems, including MS Office, strong knowledge of the local labor law
