Human Resource Assistants assist human resources managers or administrators. They provide clerical and technical support in such areas as recruiting, hiring, compensation, and benefits. Administers and scores applicant and employee aptitude, personality, and interest assessment instruments;
- Arranges for advertising or posting of job vacancies, and notifies eligible workers of position availability;
- Arranges for in-house and external training activities; and
- Explains company personnel policies, benefits, and procedures to employees or job applicants.
