Your new company

Our client is a leader in the gaming industry, specializing in the development and publishing of interactive gaming platforms and media. They are looking for an HR Generalist or HR Manager to join their team onsite in Duluth, Georgia.

Your new role

Reporting to the VP of HR, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all HR operations with two direct reports. You will be focusing on recruitment (building a proactive pipeline with schools and associations), onboarding, employee relations, employee engagement, overseeing payroll and benefits, and other ad hoc generalist duties.

What you will need to succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or business (or similar)
• 5+ years of experience with the full spectrum of HR operations (small to mid-sized gaming and/or similar industry preferred)
• Proficient knowledge and experience in labor relations and compliance, demonstrating an understanding of employment law and best practices.
• Experience building relationships with schools and associations for talent pipelining.
• Effectively lead and manage people, demonstrated ability to problem-solve, and be able to handle multiple tasks at once.
