Roles & Responsibilities
Acts as the main point of contact for employees’ queries on HR-related topics
· Administers employee benefits and leaves.
· Ensures that the leave plans of all employees are well-organized and recorded.
· Administers HR documents such as Salary certificates, Salary transfer letters, Employment Certificates, ec.
· Makes sure that the Visa process of employees is up to date by coordinating with the PRO.
· Assists in talent acquisition and recruitment processes including construction of Job Descriptions, managing job ads / recruitment, selection process, hiring, and interviewing applicants together with the department heads.
