Job Summary
Prepare detailed project plans schedules and resource requirement plans.
Monitor progress with respect to timeline cost and quality parameters.
Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction works.
Interpret drawings and resolve technical issues at site.
Ensure compliance with HSE (Health Safety & Environment) norms.
Review negotiate and manage contracts and subcontracts.
Ensure project compliance with contractual scope and changes.
Assist in dispute/claim resolutions while safeguarding company interests.
Track project costs financial performance and cash flow.
Liaise with clients consultants subcontractors and local authorities.
Lead supervisory and engineering teams ensuring timely task completion.
Monitor material inventory delivery schedules and site utilization.
Report progress and critical issues to senior management.
Bachelors degree ( Civil)
Minimum 4 years of experience (home country experience acceptable)
Salary: Starting from AED 3000 (based on experience and interview performance)
