Responsibilities:

Prepare mix and serve a wide range of beverages including cocktails mocktails spirits wines beers and specialty drinks.
Greet guests with warmth and professionalism take accurate orders and deliver personalized service.
Adhere to standardized recipes garnishing techniques and presentation guidelines for all beverages.
Maintain a clean and organized bar area including counters glassware utensils and equipment.
Monitor inventory levels of beverages garnishes ice and supplies; assist with restocking and procurement.
Process payments efficiently using POS systems issue accurate bills and manage cash and card transactions securely.
Stay current on the bar menu signature drinks seasonal offerings and promotional campaigns.
Enforce legal drinking age policies and practice responsible alcohol service at all times.
Restock bar shelves refill side stations and apply FIFO (First In First Out) rotation for all inventory.
Prepare pre-mixes syrups and garnishes as part of daily mise-en-place routines.
Collaborate effectively with bar team members and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service operations.

Requirements

Fresher and experience as a bartender or bar steward in a hotel restaurant lounge or nightlife setting.
Strong knowledge of mixology including classic cocktails modern trends and beverage pairing principles.
Proficiency in using bar tools glassware and equipment including shakers blenders and dispensers.
Ability to multitask efficiently perform under pressure and maintain accuracy during peak hours.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-first mindset.
Basic understanding of hygiene sanitation and HACCP food safety practices.
Flexibility to work varied shifts including nights weekends and holidays.
Professional appearance and grooming standards in line with expectations.
