Develops business development strategies and creates annual business development plans for the relevant areas to reach required business objectives and revenue. Prioritizes market segment development activities and sets revenue targets. Setting of annual purchasing and sales targets to meet the company?s objectives
Responsibilities :
1. Achieve the annual objectives.
2. Staff Management (Performance, technical awareness, productivity, actions and behavior, employee retention)
3. Develops and implements territory and key account sales strategies aimed at strengthening the company's market position and profitability; identifies business opportunities, and pinpoints problem areas. Investigates and selects profitable product lines within guidelines outlined in the marketing strategy.
4. Setting individual annual sales targets to achieve the section objectives. Manage and drives sales of section?s products through an indirect revenue stream to maximize revenue and achieve the annual approved target.
Qualification :
1. BSc of Pharmacy/Veterinary/Business Administration or equivalent (division to be considered)
2. Area of Expertise: HPD From 2-3Years of experience Forecasting Accuracy
3. Thorough knowledge and experience of marketing and sales Thorough knowledge of section?s products Excellent sales and interpersonal skills
