We are currently looking for a talented and passionate pastry professional to join our growing culinary team. This opportunity is ideal for either an experienced Head Pastry Chef or a strong Pastry Sous Chef ready to take the next step in their career.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in high-quality pastry production creativity in dessert development and the ability to lead and inspire a team within a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily pastry kitchen operations
Develop and execute high-quality desserts pastries and baked goods
Maintain consistency presentation and quality standards
Support menu development and seasonal creations
Manage food cost inventory and kitchen organization
Lead train and motivate the pastry team
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
Requirements
Previous experience in a senior pastry role within hospitality or restaurants
Strong leadership and team management skills
Creative mindset with attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Passion for innovation and continuous improvement
