Conduct market and competitor analysis and analyze consumer behavior

Lead the marketing team and participate in its further development
REQUIREMENTS
At least 5 years of experience as a marketing lead/manager such as Marketing Head Head of Marketing Marketing Director or Head of Digital Marketing
Total marketing experience of at least 10 years
Mandatory experience in e-commerce within the last 23 years
Practical experience in retail companies
In-depth understanding of trade marketing and offline in-store traffic acquisition tools
Experience with marketing calendars and seasonal planning of activities
Experience collaborating with suppliers and delivering joint marketing projects
Experience with Shopify is an advantage
Experience with Google Ads SEO and digital promotion channels
Experience growing Instagram and working with influencers
Experience managing a marketing team and contractors
Strong analytical skills and experience working with KPIs
We consider candidates from retail chains of childrens products toys cosmetics perfumery fashion retail accessories and electronics
Experience in childrens retail is an advantage
