The Role
Were looking for a Head of Product Consumer to own and drive the full suite of B2C financial products - WPS Cards Lending Wallet and beyond.This is a senior leadership role with broad scope: youll set the product vision define the roadmap and lead a team of product managers to ship experiences that millions of people rely on every day.
This role is basedonsite in Abu Dhabi and requires regular work from the office.
Youll sit at the intersection of business strategy user experience and financial regulation - making high-stakes decisions about what to build how to grow and where to place big bets.
What Youll Do
- Own the end-to-end product strategy for consumer financial products (WPS Cards Lending Wallet and new verticals)
- Define and prioritize the product roadmap in alignment with company OKRs balancing user needs commercial goals and regulatory requirements
- Lead mentor and scale a high-performing team of product managers across multiple product lines
- Partner closely with engineering design data risk compliance and commercial teams to deliver world-class products
- Drive key metrics - activation engagement retention revenue - with a rigorous data-informed approach
- Stay ahead of fintech trends competitive dynamics and regulatory shifts across the UAE and wider MENA region
- Represent the consumer product organization to executive leadership and the board
