- UAE National with a Family Book (REQUIRED)
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A professional certification (e.g., CIA, CPA, CISA) is preferred.
- 8+ years of relevant internal audit experience, preferably within the financial services sector.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and industry standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead audit projects effectively.
