Head of Business Analytics

• You will play a central role in driving data-driven decision making within the company.
• Leading a team of analysts in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide valuable insights and business recommendations.
• Responsible for managing and refining squad’s backlog, defining scope for each sprint, solving issues that might arise to the use case delivery impact and lead other discussion within the squad.
• Implementing analytics use case with the internal stakeholders.
• Promote successful adoption of model insights by business / move BU to adopt new ways of working to utilize analytics insights.

Key Requirements:

• 10 – 15+ experience of deep domain expertise in Retail/Corporate/SME banking and/or Compliance & Risk, and/or Fraud monitoring etc.
• Experience in agile working environments.
• Previous experience as part of analytics projects.
• Prior experience working with data scientists/data engineers.
• Good understanding of IT, digital, data engineering and data analytics.
