VP FPA

Job Details

Position Overview The VP of FP&A, reporting to the CFO, will work with the executive team, department heads, and other leaders to develop and implement financial models, strategies, and directives to ensure organizational financial goals are being met.

Day to Day Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting & forecasting processes
• Collaborate with leadership teams to ensure budgets are accurate and being adhered to
• Scenario planning & risk assessment
• KPI development, reporting, and variance analysis
• Financial reporting for the board and executive team
• Optimize workflows of FP&A team, implement automations
• Provide finacial models to support decision making
• Work with sales management on pricing, contracts, renewals, etc
• Support operations with cost, labor, and wage rate management
• Reporting & calculations of bonuses, commissions, and other incentives
• Assist with M&A ad hoc reporting / analysis
• Other duties as assigned
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree
• 10+ year financial experience
• FP&A leadership experience
• Oracle experience
• Financial Modeling & Reporting

• Property Management industry
• Sales based organization experience
