Description
A distinguished private household in the United Arab Emirates is seeking an experienced and professional Head Housekeeper to oversee the smooth running of the residence. The ideal candidate will be a proactive individual with excellent attention to detail a high level of integrity and the ability to manage staff while maintaining an atmosphere of discretion and respect.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage all housekeeping operations within the household.
Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness hygiene and order throughout the residence.
Anticipate the familys needs and ensure the home runs seamlessly without the need for daily reminders.
Supervise train and guide junior housekeeping staff to uphold the highest professional standards.
Ensure confidentiality and discretion in all matters relating to the family and household.
Communicate effectively with household staff and management to ensure smooth daily operations.
Respect and uphold the cultural traditions and expectations of the United Arab Emirates.
Requirements
Gender: Female
Age: 35 48 years old
Language: Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Experience: Proven background in a senior housekeeping or managerial role within a private residence or luxury hospitality environment.
