Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Carpenter. If you have a passion for craftsmanship dedication to quality and a proactive approach to solving practical challenges we welcome your application.
Main Responsibilities
Carry out a range of carpentry tasks including installations of furniture repairs and alterations to building interiors and exteriors furniture fixtures and fittings.
Measure cut shape and assemble wood timber and alternative materials using a variety of hand and power tools..
Ensure all finished carpentry work meets safety regulations building codes and quality standards.
Conduct assessments and repairs on existing wooden structures identifying faults and recommending durable solutions.
Maintain tools and equipment in safe serviceable condition and keep designated workspaces clean organised and secure.
Essential Skills & Experience
Proven experience as a carpenter joiner or in a related building trade within commercial residential or hospitality environments.
Strong working knowledge of carpentry techniques materials tools and health & safety legislation
Excellent attention to detail and a focus on producing high quality precise workmanship.
