Gym Supervisor

As a Gym Supervisor, you are responsible for conducting fitness programs and assessments to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. A Gym Supervisor will also be required to schedule adequate staff coverage. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

ü Ensure that all customers attending the fitness gym adopt safe and effective practices.

ü Be aware of and adhere to hotel’s Health and Safety Policy.

ü Regularly monitor all customers involved in fitness activities, evaluating their progress towards agreed targets and providing encouragement/motivation.

ü Instruct and supervise guests in the correct use of fitness equipment.

ü Carry out fitness appraisals and prepare individual exercise programs as required.

ü Carry out cleaning duties where required to maintain high levels of cleanliness and presentation of all fitness and associated areas, at all times.

ü Ensure all equipment is kept fully maintained, reporting faults/damage immediately.

Ensure any portable equipment is kept in a secure environment.
