- Oversee the maintenance of all grounds and landscapes, ensuring that they are kept in good condition and aesthetically pleasing.
- Plan and implement new landscaping projects, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards.
- Manage and coordinate the work of landscape crews, including scheduling, assigning tasks, and ensuring that all work is completed on time and to the highest standard.
- Monitor the use of materials and supplies, ensuring that they are used efficiently and cost-effectively.
- Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with safety regulations and best practices.
- Inspect completed work to ensure that it meets the required standards.
- Provide guidance and support to the landscape crew, ensuring that they are working effectively and efficiently.
- Report any issues or concerns to senior management.
