Floor Supervisor

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the floor staff
• Monitor staff performance and provide feedback to ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner
• Ensure that all staff members adhere to established policies and procedures
• Handle customer complaints and resolve conflicts in a professional manner
• Prepare and submit reports on floor operations and staff performance
• Train and mentor new staff members
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Ensure the safety and security of staff and customers
• Perform other duties as assigned.
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
