- Yoga:
- Lead engaging and diverse yoga classes catering to various experience levels (beginner, intermediate, advanced).
- Create well-sequenced class plans that focus on proper alignment, breathwork, and mindfulness.
- Offer modifications and personalized guidance to ensure a safe and effective practice for all students.
- Zumba:
- Lead high-energy Zumba classes with infectious choreography and Latin beats.
- Motivate students of all levels.
- Create class environments that are inclusive and welcoming to everyone.
- General:
- Foster a supportive and inclusive environment where students feel comfortable exploring their limits and deepening their practice.
- Stay up-to-date on yoga and Zumba trends and best practices.
- Contribute to building a positive studio culture by collaborating with fellow instructors and staff.
