Key Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in a management role within an MNC or leading local retailer or wholesale environment
- Working proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia (written and spoken) with conversational English skills; Chinese language skills are a plus
- Background in the plastics industry (homeware, packaging, FMCG industry may be considered)
- Exceptional understanding of the plastic industry with experience in sales and marketing strategy
