Black & Grey HR is partnering with a premier hospital in Dubai to recruit an experienced and strategic General Manager to lead operations drive expansion and position the hospital for longterm success. This role presents an exclusive opportunity for a seasoned General Manager CEO or a Doctor with strong business acumen to take charge of a wellestablished healthcare institution. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of managing and scaling familyowned hospitals in the UAE or GCC region optimizing operational efficiency and implementing growth strategies that enhance patient care and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership & Growth: Develop and implement a comprehensive roadmap for hospital expansion franchise opportunities and operational excellence.
Hospital Operations: Oversee daily management ensuring seamless service delivery regulatory compliance and a high standard of patient care.
Financial Stewardship: Drive financial performance through effective budgeting cost optimization and P&L management.
Expansion & Market Positioning: Identify and execute strategies to scale the hospital s presence in the UAE and beyond.
Stakeholder & Investor Relations: Establish and maintain strong relationships with healthcare authorities investors and key industry stakeholders.
Innovation & Modernization: Implement advanced technologies and industry best practices to enhance healthcare services and maintain a competitive edge.
Leadership & Culture: Lead and mentor a highperforming executive team fostering a culture of excellence accountability and continuous improvement.
Requirements
A medical background (preferably a doctor) with strong business acumen or a senior executive with extensive experience in hospital management.
A minimum of five years of executive leadership experience in the healthcare sector with a focus on hospital operations and strategic expansion.
A proven ability to manage and scale familyowned midsize or boutique healthcare facilities within the UAE or GCC.
Strong financial and operational management expertise including handson experience in budgeting cost control and revenue growth.
Fluency in English is required; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
A strategic mindset with the ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities in the healthcare sector.
A deep understanding of healthcare transformation patientcentered care models and operational excellence.
