Hi Remi is a RecTech AI startup that eliminates up to 80% of the manual work in active sourcing so recruiters can stop being data-entry operators and start being the talent partners they set out to become.
Were not in stealth. Were not pre-revenue. Were in closed beta with 10 paying customers the product is ready and now were ready to grow.
Thats where you come in.
Tasks
Your Mission
Were chasing 1M ARR and we need the engine that gets us there.
- Own organic growth make Hi Remi the undeniable answer whenever anyone searches for a sourcing solution
- Build webinar funnels that dont just attract leads they convert them
- Launch and scale paid campaigns from $500 to $10000 monthly
- Sharpen our self-service model nail user activation and conversion at every touchpoint
- Feed product insights back into the roadmap your ear will be closest to the market
- Automate everything you can bring in support when you need it you call the shots here
Requirements
What You Bring
- Hands-on experience marketing a PLG SaaS product
- You know what zero-to-one looks like with a bootstrapped budget and youve done it
- Full-funnel thinking always you never optimise a campaign in isolation
- Entrepreneurial mindset high ownership low ego
- Professional fluency in English sharp enough to write copy that lands
- You are preferribly based in the UAE Germany UK or Austria
