Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Executive to support daily financial operations reporting reconciliations and compliance. The ideal candidate will manage accounts payable/receivable functions maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely financial reporting while assisting with VAT and Corporate Tax (CT) tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation of daily weekly and monthly financial reports.

Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable processes accurately and on time.

Reconcile bank statements supplier statements and credit card transactions.

Support month-end closing activities including journal entries and accruals.

Maintain financial records and ensure proper documentation of all transactions.

Assist with internal and external audits by preparing necessary reports and documentation.

Coordinate with other departments for timely submission of invoices and supporting documents.

Ensure compliance with company financial policies and local accounting regulations.

Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.

Provide financial data analysis and insights to support operational decision-making.

Support basic VAT and Corporate Tax (CT) compliance activities when required.

Requirements

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Commerce (BCom).

CA (Chartered Accountant) and CMA (Certified Management Accountant) qualifications are preferred.

25 years of experience in a finance role preferably within the Event industry.

Mandatory: Hands-on experience with Zoho Books accounting software.

Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software.

Excellent attention to detail accuracy and organizational skills.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
