Job Summary
Ontime Group is looking for a dedicated and personable Filipino / Western Patient Coordinator to join our aesthetic clinic team in Dubai. This role involves managing patient interactions and ensuring smooth coordination of appointments for our diverse clientele. You will play a key role in delivering outstanding service and supporting the clinics operations to provide an excellent patient experience.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist Filipino and Western patients in a professional and courteous manner
- Schedule and manage patient appointments efficiently
- Provide detailed information about aesthetic treatments procedures and clinic policies
- Coordinate communication between patients and medical professionals
- Handle patient inquiries and resolve concerns promptly and effectively
- Maintain and update patient records accurately
- Support the administrative functions of the clinic to ensure smooth operations
- Follow up with patients post-treatment to assess satisfaction and address any needs
Requirements
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Filipino language is a plus
- Experience in a healthcare or aesthetic clinic environment preferred
- Excellent communication interpersonal and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient with clinic management software and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to manage sensitive patient information with confidentiality
- Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced clinic setting
