• 13 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role within hospitality or restaurant environments.
  
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques ingredient functionality and recipe scaling.
  
• Good understanding of UAE food safety and hygiene standards.
  
• Creative mindset with the ability to introduce marketable dessert ideas.
  
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure with minimal supervision.
  
• Immediate joiners preferred.
  
• Filipino or Nepalese nationals only.
  
• Must be willing to work full-time in Al Ain UAE.
