- Maintain compliance with food safety hygiene and sanitation regulations.
- Support inventory control ingredient preparation and recipe standardization.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements
- 13 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role within hospitality or restaurant environments.
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques ingredient functionality and recipe scaling.
- Good understanding of UAE food safety and hygiene standards.
- Creative mindset with the ability to introduce marketable dessert ideas.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure with minimal supervision.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Filipino or Nepalese nationals only.
- Must be willing to work full-time in Al Ain UAE.
