Required Qualifications Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

- Administration/ Business Management Qualification

- minimum 4 years managerial experience

- professional English

- excellent customer service & management skills

- able to drive membership growth

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Operations Management - Oversee the daily operations of the gym ensuring smooth and efficient functioning. Monitor and maintain gym facilities equipment and cleanliness standards.

2. Staff Management - Recruit train and supervise gym staff maintenance staff Sales reception GX and PT team staff. Conduct staff meetings and provide ongoing training to improve customer experience.

3. Monitor membership sales renewals and cancellations to improve retention rates. Work with the marketing team to promote gym programs and special offers.

4. Financial & Administrative Duties - Manage the gyms budget control expenses and ensure profitability Track revenue from memberships personal training and other services. Process payroll invoices and financial reports as needed to report to stakeholders.

5. Customer Service & Engagement - Foster a positive and welcoming environment for gym members. Address customer concerns and enhance member satisfaction. Organize community events fitness challenges and member appreciation activities.
