- Stay updated on the latest fashion trends and market developments in the footwear industry. Analyze consumer preferences and competitor trends to identify opportunities for product assortment.
- Collaborate with the Merchandising and Product Development teams to curate a diverse and appealing range of footwear products, including sneakers, boots, sandals, and more.
- Manage inventory levels, monitor stock levels, and ensure timely replenishment. Implement strategies to optimize inventory turnover.
- Ensure that all footwear products meet quality standards and specifications. Collaborate with Quality Assurance teams to resolve product-related issues.
- Set competitive pricing strategies, considering market conditions and consumer expectations. Monitor price changes and implement adjustments as necessary.
- Create attractive in-store displays and online presentations that maximize product visibility and sales.
- Plan seasonal assortments and promotions, aligning product offerings with fashion seasons, holidays, and customer demand.
- Collaborate with demand planning teams to forecast demand and plan stock levels accordingly.
