- Appreciation and passion for aesthetics, arts, craftmanship and ultimate luxury
- Client-centric with a drive for high quality and to constantly exceed expectations
- Undergraduate qualification or progress towards an advanced qualification in Learning & Development, Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- 8+ years’ experience in all round learning and development function; over 3 years in managerial role
- State-of-the-art tools and technology in the learning experience
- Knowledge on retail, service industry, watches, jewelry, and fashion. Experience on training and development with multinational corporation preferable
