Factory Head

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Factory Head with expertise in precast concrete production to oversee the manufacturing operations of our precast division. The role requires strong leadership technical knowledge and operational management skills to ensure efficient production quality control and timely delivery of precast components for various construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Production Management: Oversee daily production activities ensuring adherence to schedules efficiency and quality standards.

Process Optimization: Implement best practices improve productivity and reduce wastage in precast manufacturing.

Quality Control: Ensure compliance with industry standards client specifications and internal quality guidelines.

Workforce Management: Lead train and supervise the factory team including production staff engineers and supervisors.

Maintenance & Safety: Ensure all machinery and equipment are maintained properly and comply with safety regulations.

Inventory & Material Management: Monitor raw material usage procurement and stock levels to prevent shortages or excess inventory.

Project Coordination: Liaise with project managers clients and site teams to ensure timely delivery of precast elements.

Cost Control: Manage budgets optimize operational costs and enhance profitability.

Compliance & Documentation: Ensure regulatory compliance maintain reports and oversee documentation related to production safety and quality control.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

Experience: Minimum 1015 years of experience in similar field

Technical Skills:

Strong knowledge of precast concrete production equipment molds and quality standards.

Leadership & Management: Proven experience in managing factory operations workforce planning and production scheduling.

ProblemSolving: Ability to identify and resolve operational challenges efficiently.

Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to coordinate with various departments and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in handling largescale precast projects for infrastructure and commercial construction.

Familiarity with automated precast production technologies.

Knowledge of ERP systems for production and inventory management.
