Job Summary
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the planning coordination and of landscape softscape and artscape packages across highprofile developments.
- Oversee implementation of hardscape planting irrigation water features decorative elements and artistic installations as per design and specification.
- Collaborate with landscape architects artists designers consultants and subcontractors to ensure quality design intent and project timelines are achieved.
- Monitor site activities ensuring compliance with drawings specifications authority regulations and safety standards.
- Manage the procurement process for landscape and artscape materials including plant species selection and vendor coordination.
- Review and approve technical submittals shop drawings method statements and mockups related to the external works.
- Liaise with relevant authorities (e.g. Dubai Municipality DDA RTA etc. to ensure necessary permits and approvals are in place.
- Track progress costs and quality benchmarks and report to senior management on key milestones and risks. Ensure
- Ensure sustainability requirements local environmental guidelines and projectspecific green standards are met.
- Coordinate with other trades to ensure seamless integration of landscape elements with the overall site works.
Key Qualifications ;
- Bachelors degree in Landscape Architecture Civil Engineering Horticulture or a related discipline.
- 10 years of experience managing external packages with a strong focus on landscape softscape and artscape works.
- Proven experience working on prestigious projects in the Middle East preferably within the UAE.
- Solid understanding of landscape construction planting schedules irrigation systems and bespoke artistic installations.
- Familiarity with local authority requirements and approval processes in the UAE.
- Strong project management communication and leadership skills.
- Proficient in MS Office AutoCAD and project management software (e.g. Primavera MS Project).
- Ability to work in a dynamic fastpaced environment and manage multiple stakeholders.
