This roleoffers hands-on exposure to the world of large-scale events festivals immersive experiences and cultural programming across the UAE. From early concepts and storytelling through to live execution youll get a behind-the-scenes look at how extraordinary experiences are brought to life.

Youll work closely with industry professionals creatives strategists and project teams across real projects and live events.

Support the Experience and Curation teams with research creative thinking and idea development

Assist with planning and coordination across live projects activations and events

Help source inspiration trends talent cultural references and audience insights

Support on-ground event delivery and guest experience during live events

Assist with presentations moodboards schedules and project organisation

Work collaboratively with multiple departments in a fast-paced creative environment

Recent graduate in events marketing communications media business arts hospitality or related fields

Fluent in English

Based in the UAE

Passionate about events culture and creativity

Speak both Arabic and English
