Executive Housekeeper

• Manage and oversee all aspects of the housekeeping department in the Royal Palace
• Develop and maintain housekeeping procedures and standards to ensure the highest level of cleanliness and guest satisfaction
• Train and manage a team of housekeeping staff, ensuring they are well-trained and motivated
• Coordinate cleaning and maintenance schedules with other departments
• Oversee the inventory and ordering of housekeeping supplies and equipment
• Maintain records and reports related to housekeeping operations
• Respond to guest requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in housekeeping management in upscale hotels or Royal residences
• Extensive knowledge of Royal protocols and standards
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Proficiency in English and other relevant languages
