Housekeeping Supervisor

• Lead, manage, train and motivate a team of housekeepers, ensuring they have the necessary resources and supplies to perform their duties
• Ensure that housekeeping services meet the highest standards of cleanliness and safety
• Manage day-to-day housekeeping operations, including laundry, inventory control, and preventative maintenance
• Perform daily inspections of all public and storage areas to ensure they are up to standards
• Maintain records of supplies, purchasing and inventory
• Respond to inquiries and complaints from customers, employees and staff
• Work with the rest of the team to ensure an efficient and professional housekeeping service
• Implement housekeeping policies and procedures
• Ensure proper documentation of housekeeping tasks
• Inspect buildings and equipment for maintenance and upkeep
• Organize and participate in team meetings
• Assist with other related tasks, as needed
  

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a supervisory role
• Ability to organize, prioritize and multitask
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Excellent problem-solving and time-management skills
• Knowledge of health and safety protocols and standards
• Ability to work independently and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
• A passion for housekeeping and customer service
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Hotel Management Software, and POS Systems
