WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are thrilled to be recruiting for an experienced Senior Account Manager with solid integrated agency experience to join our team.

Working across various client’s and their portfolios of brands, you’ll be the day-to-day lead and expert in delivery of creative campaigns and activation projects across music, creative design, art and fitness, spanning experiential and content, amongst other channels.

From day one, you’ll be tasked with building and maintaining multiple client relationships so
experience of complex stakeholder management is required.

Alongside this, you’ll work closely with our Strategy and Creative teams, so you’ll need to possess a strong understanding and appreciation of creative and planning processes and output.

You will be responsible for:
  • Day to day account management across various clients, building solid, unshakeable relationships – gaining their respect at all levels and demonstrating a strong understanding of their business
  • Leading collaboration across multiple agency departments (project management, strategy, creative, production) to solve client challenges
  • Liaising with clients to receive briefs, and interpret these into practical briefs for the agency
  • Always having a ‘can do’ attitude and proactive ownership of projects and process, upholding the highest quality standards, both in service and deliverables
  • Actively identifying, creating, and pursuing new opportunities across your clients
  • Developing client budgets and SOWs, ensuring they are well handled, tracked, reconciled and invoiced on time
  • Identifying and handling any budget or client challenges swiftly and responsibly with senior support as required

  • You embody a dynamic, positive, upbeat and personable attitude – inspiring others and remaining calm under pressure
Essential Requirements
  • Demonstrable relevant experience within a creative agency environment, developing and delivering integrated campaigns
  • Ability to cultivate strong, professional and effective relationships with agency teams and partners at all levels
  • Exemplary verbal communication skills; ability to articulate clearly and offer a strong, collaborative and constructive presence and personality in client and internal meetings
  • Ability to communicate with conviction, enthusiasm and confidence
  • Capability and comfort in managing large budgets, showing excellence of financial management
  • Exceptional attention to detail, alongside organisational, time and project management skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel and Word
